All plans require an initial comprehensive visit before enrollment.
Initial Visit (60 minutes): $387
This visit allows us to thoroughly review your history, understand your health goals, and create a personalized care plan. There are no exceptions to this requirement.

A La Carte Visits

A la carte follow-up visits (30 minutes): $225 each
This option is ideal if you want flexibility without committing to a package or membership.

Nutrition Visit Discounts

All membership plans include discounted nutrition visits with our registered dietitian or nutritionist. This is a valuable benefit for patients seeking comprehensive, integrative support for complex or chronic health conditions.

Insurance & Superbills

Superbills are available for all models: You will receive a detailed receipt for each visit, which you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
Note: Only visits are eligible for insurance reimbursement. Membership extras (like messaging, nutrition discounts, or educational resources) are not typically reimbursable.
